HR Data Quality Analyst

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, updating and improvement of the validation processes at a global level of the HR data in all defined systems. Responsible for the correct documentation of the processes and results of the validations at a global level and the analysis of results for the implementation of improvements in the HR processes.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and provide follow-up to validation processes according to the HR process worldwide.

Implement and provide follow-up to the documentation of the results of the validations worldwide.

Develop KPIS for monitoring HR data behaviors and trends globally.

Define and monitor data quality KPIs to ensure the integrity and reliability of HR master data across global systems.

Develop and maintain dashboards that track data quality trends and highlight critical issues affecting HR reporting and compliance.

Analyze the results of the validations to adapt the HR processes according to our KPI’s.

Lead in projects together with HR stakeholders to ensure the integrity of HR data globally.

Contribute with the different HR areas and roles to find and implement solutions to HR processes globally.

Identify root causes of data errors and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure the correct execution of validations by the defined responsibles and make sure that they have the correct training and certification for that.

Responsible to make sure that all the documentation of the global validation process is updated and applied.

Transfer to People analytics the data (monthly) and validate how many Exit interviews were done vs Voluntary departures.

Define the data quality assessment plan for overall BRP (DQA) and define the HR approach the validations are going to take. Align this plan based on data analytics data governance approach, delivery every tool needed (gantt, risk management, etc).

Built a validation and verification culture across different HR areas and across other countries to be at the same level everywhere.

Support system migrations and process changes by validating the accuracy and completeness of transferred HR data.

Automate data quality checks and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Macros to increase efficiency and scalability.

Language:

Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

English advanced (Min. 80%)
