We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Management analyst to join our HR Operations department

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Supports APAC Employees and HR on HR-related concerns  Initiate call back, answer chats and e-mails in Chinese or English (depending on the requestor) for HR-related concernsMaintenance of Employee Lifecycle Data (Employee Data from Hire to Retire and in between) in the Workday System and other HR systemsProcess cases (Help Tickets) from APAC Employees through the organization’s case management system.Conduct data quality review of cases (Help Tickets) and Workday DataParticipate in projects, HR OpEx Business Reviews, Townhalls and other department/company activities.

Education & Experience

Required:

Education Background: College Graduate (diploma, certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in any field)Language Proficiency: Good reading, spoken and written proficiency of Chinese (HSK 5 and above) and English is a mustComputer Literacy: Proficient in utilizing computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.Key Attributes: Proactive, collaborative team player, effective problem solver, excellent communication skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, customer service-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred:

Background in BPO or Shared Services Industry is preferred but not required
