Supports Human Resources operations by performing data-driven tasks and maintaining clear, organized documentation. This role will be identifying trends, optimizing data workflows, and using data to tell compelling stories that provide meaningful insight. Acts as a collaborative team member and demonstrates strong professional acumen in all interactions.
Essential FunctionsCompletes assigned support tasks with accountability and attention to detail.Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken and insights discovered.Analyzes departmental and organizational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Optimizes data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) to manage, analyze, and present data effectively.Translates complex data into clear, insights through visualizations and storytelling techniques.Collaborates and communicates effectively with team members to ensure continuity and coordination of services.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in area of accountability.
