Overview As part of the Global HR team, you will play a central role in managing our global HR database, acting as the primary point of contact within our global HR community. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to develop essential metrics, reports, and dashboards. In addition, you will oversee the intricate reporting needs of our Finance partners and leadership team, ensuring that all data requests are processed accurately to support strategic decision-making. Furthermore, you will support the Global Compensation strategy by serving as the main liaison during the annual salary review and Bonus campaign and providing tailored benchmark analysis. Responsibilities Be responsible of the global HR database Act as the primary point of contact and a central hub of communication for our global HR community, expertly addressing and managing any inquiries, concerns, or discussions related to data topics, ensuring seamless support and comprehensive guidance Collaborate with subject matter experts across functions including HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition to gather and interpret requirements and develop metrics, reports and dashboards to support the needs of the business Develop and deploy predictive analytics reports to deepen employee engagement and development Create and own reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) as part of the Talent management framework. This will include design sprints, support to business growth areas, and HR reports to inform the HR organization and the business stakeholders Is responsible for the quality of the HR database across the organization through recurring data analysis and liaison with local HR teams Support the Global Compensation strategy Serve as the go-to person and main liaison for some key global functions throughout the annual salary review and Bonus campaign, providing guidance and support to facilitate smooth communication and ensure the effective process run Provide tailored ad hoc benchmark analysis based on specific business needs as they arise, ensuring that the insights delivered are relevant and useful for making informed strategic decisions Contribute to the yearly update of salary bands by analyzing market trends and working closely with relevant teams to ensure that our compensation structure remains competitive and aligned with industry standards Operational support on global projects Assist in developing HR-related tools, playbooks, and frameworks by collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing with your expertise, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals Keep users informed about reporting tool updates through regular updates, provide quick reference guides, offer tutorials for better understanding, and maintain a feedback loop to address user challenges Qualifications A first proven experience in a matrix organization and/or in an international environment, experience in compensation survey consulting firm is a plus Experience working in a global data intensive environment, where HR systems, data management, and report generation are primary functions of your role.
