As the Country HR Partner, you'll be the go-to contact for HR matters in Serbia, working closely with managers, employees, and global HR teams. You'll deliver hands-on support across core HR areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, benefits, and more, helping to bring our people strategy to life on a local level. Your Responsibilities: + Delivering day-to-day HR support to local managers and employees + Coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences + Supporting performance, compensation, and employee engagement programs + Advising on policies, leave processes, and general HR queries. + Collaborating with Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to ensure timely execution of HR tasks. + Maintaining data accuracy in Workday and championing HR systems use + Handling HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (hiring, changes, exits) + Assisting with employee relations matters and escalating complex issues when needed. + Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiative What You Bring + A bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field (HR certifications are a plus) + 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR operations role, ideally in a global or matrixed organization + Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR practices + Excellent communication skills in English and the local language + Proficient in Workday and comfortable guiding others in its use + High attention to detail, confidentiality, and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities. + A team-player mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude Our offer for you: There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius Medical Care because we have a lot to offer.
