HR Country Partner / HR Generalist

We're looking for a HR Country Partner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, compliantly, and in line with local legislation and global standards.

As the Country HR Partner, you'll be the go-to contact for HR matters in Serbia, working closely with managers, employees, and global HR teams. You'll deliver hands-on support across core HR areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, benefits, and more, helping to bring our people strategy to life on a local level.

Your Responsibilities:

Delivering day-to-day HR support to local managers and employeesCoordinating recruitment activities and ensuring smooth onboarding experiencesSupporting performance, compensation, and employee engagement programsAdvising on policies, leave processes, and general HR queries.Collaborating with Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to ensure timely execution of HR tasks.Maintaining data accuracy in Workday and championing HR systems useHandling HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (hiring, changes, exits)Assisting with employee relations matters and escalating complex issues when needed.Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiative

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field (HR certifications are a plus)2+ years in an HR generalist or HR operations role, ideally in a global or matrixed organizationStrong knowledge of local labour laws and HR practicesExcellent communication skills in English and the local languageProficient in Workday and comfortable guiding others in its useHigh attention to detail, confidentiality, and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities.A team-player mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
