Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVmgRGP9pmw&t=46s) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. With a diverse team of over 700 people, representing 40+ nationalities and speaking 20+ languages, the BSC is the central hub for business services. It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams.
**What you’ll do:**
As a key member of the HR Services team you will be primarily part of a CORE team providing CORE (non-country specific) services, such as Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits services, to both the Field HR and Centres of Excellence HR teams. Your responsibility will be to support the implementation of key core HR support services that cover multiple countries, including but not limited to:
+ Coordination of Talent Management activities on behalf of Centres of Excellence and Field HR teams
+ Coordination of Compensation & Benefits activities
+ Timely and accurate preparation of system reports for key stakeholders
+ Supporting global mobility process
+ To support the HRS transition leader on additional ‘lift & shift’ activities when required
+ Ensuring that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately
+ Supporting automation activities within HRS including use of VBA / macros , Power BI and solid understanding of automation tools and processes to support data analysis and workflow optimization
+ Ensuring data quality and data integrity related monitoring
+ Answering employee’s queries about HR-related issues
+ Creating HR process documentation
+ Be willing to support other tasks within the wider HRS team (including specific country support) as required
+ Supporting and partaking in Continuous Improvement activities as required
**Qualifications:**
+ University Degree is required, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
+ 2-3 years of HR experience
**Skills:**
+ Solid understanding of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HRMS (Oracle), Case Management System (Service Now), ATS (Successfactor), Microsoft Excel, PowerBI etc).
+ Fluent communication skills (via phone, email and in-person) in English is essential and other language capability would be advantageous
+ Customer service orientation

+ Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
+ Attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work in teams
+ Adaptability and flexibility
