Basic Job Functions:
Seeking a creative, forward-thinking, process-minded effective communicator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of HR support to our team members across numerous locations including but not limited to:
+ Manage site onboarding/ offboarding and state new hire compliance
+ Provide site support for all aspects of talent acquisition, inclusive of creating job requisitions, coordinating the interview and selection process, interview packets and ratings sheets, interviews and assessments, creating offer letters, background checks and pre-employment drug tests and physicals
+ Partner with the Payroll Specialist to complete payroll by Monday of every week
+ Partner with the HR Business Partner for open enrollment and administration of benefit programs for the site
+ Process all site claims (workers comp, unemployment, etc.)
+ Administer and process all change of status forms for site, and partner with Payroll Specialist
+ Manage and track FMLA & AAP requirements for the site
+ Site point of contact for pre-employment testing (drug test and physicals), random drug testing, etc.
+ Lead and manage risk and compliance at a site level (consultations, investigations, appeals, etc.)
+ Heavily involved in Teammate Engagements initiative which includes community engagement, site activities, projects and reporting
+ Help coordinate training & development at a site level, such as Teammate Roundtables and compliance training
This position will be in Crawfordsville, IN but will require travel to other production facilities on an as-needed basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Associate degree or higher in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required from an accredited University.
+ At least two years of human resources experience.
+ SAP payroll, MS Office, and HR related systems experience.
+ Commitment to safety; actively involved in safety initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience using/knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or Beamery.
+ Prior experience using NOVAtime and/or payroll software.
+ Prior experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
+ Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytics.
+ Benefits Administration Experience.
+ Experience in team culture and inclusion.
+ Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US.
+ SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
