Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job DescriptionResponsible for processing all payroll employee requests pertaining to New Hires, Terminations, Vacations, and Housing support loans within the designated timeframe and ensure accuracy.Process new hires and terminations in the HR system and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.Ensure that employees and their direct relatives’ information is shared with WTW and enroll them in the Major Insurance Plan. Understand and explain the flex benefits programs to new employees. For terminations, oversee employee deactivation and provide additional support as needed once the employee leaves the company.In charge of integrating digital and hard copies of employee files to ensure completion before archiving. Keep the system updated to avoid any differences during the quarterly payroll audits.Support OurSurvey plan proposals and follow up with Managers to ensure consistency and action plan execution.Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, diversity statistics, employee satisfaction, exit surveys, and organizational charts. Respond to routine questions/requests from clients.For the production operations, this position will support all performance review cycles from start to end, including communications, monitoring the competition, reviewing results, posing HR conclusions to be considered during the postmortem session, and feeding employee records.Lead the yearly profit-sharing payment to the production employees, making sure that all the files are based on a timely plan.Support the massive hiring plan for each production in place.Provide administrative support for events such as liaising with suppliers, preparing service orders, and managing the corresponding payments ensuring that the area complies with the proper application and disposition of the budget allocated to each event.Promote the NBCU Mexico workplace culture that aligns with the company’s policies and values.Maintain confidentiality in all aspects related to employees and their journey at the company that can affect or be against any company credo.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

1+ years of work experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceProficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAdvanced English skills
