Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Bellevue, Washington. This role involves supporting key HR administrative functions, including I-9 compliance, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities: • Oversee I-9 processing and ensure compliance with federal regulations. • Assist with onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees. • Maintain and organize HR records, including updating employee information in HR systems. • Utilize E-Verify to validate employment eligibility for new hires. • Support HR compliance efforts by adhering to company policies and legal requirements. • Conduct background checks and verify documentation as part of the hiring process. • Provide administrative support for various HR projects, including data cleanup and record consolidation. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of HR-related tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration or a related role. • Familiarity with I-9 compliance and E-Verify systems. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information. • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). • Knowledge of HR compliance and onboarding processes. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
