Job Description:
+ Manage candidate experience expectations and outcomes by conducting and analyzing candidate surveys
+ Maintain the interview scheduling across all of technical and non technical teams and maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) integrity and log all appropriate information into the system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, and facilitating virtual interviews
+ Collaborate closely with the talent team and hiring managers to understand open roles and assist in advancing candidates through the recruitment process
+ Maintain and improve internal documentation on workflow, processes, and procedures; proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
+ Collaborate and execute on additional recruiting initiatives and programs
+ Partner with recruiters to construct and send offer letters to candidates
+ Drive employee life cycle engagement through scheduling employee check-ins
+ Manage employment brand and brand impressions via Glassdoor and LinkedIn
+ Track and respond to all candidate job inquiries
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 4+ years experience in Recruiting, Administrative, or Executive coordination
+ A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, world class white glove service to internal and external candidates and employees
+ Adaptability and openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes
+ Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
+ A sense of urgency in juggling multiple priorities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Comfortable interfacing with all types of people
