Your role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual to join our HR team. Our fast-paced SaaS company is experiencing continuous growth, and as a HR Coordinator you will play an impactful role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment efforts as well as the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) team from our state-of-the-art New York Executive Briefing Center, located in the heart of Midtown.

This will not be your first role in HR, and you are looking for the next big break that will help you grow in recruitment and other parts of HR.  You will get the opportunity to deliver positive employee experiences while embodying Global Relay's brand and culture. Your primary responsibility will be to provide seamless support throughout different stages of the employee lifecycle. You will be an integral part of a close-knit and dedicated global team that is essential to the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities:

Own and manage the interview request queue to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all candidates, minimizing delays Maintain and monitor the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, identifying bottlenecks, and conducting regular audits to prevent candidates from falling through the cracks Ensure consistent adoption of recruitment processes across the organization while responding professionally to inquiries about procedures and policies Represent Global Relay in a professional manner when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders Conduct candidate phone screens, initial interviews, and reference checks to evaluate qualifications and fit in a timely manner Collaborate with managers to develop compelling and articulate job postings that accurately reflect role requirements and attract top-tier candidates Assist in organizing and attending recruitment-related events such as company open houses, industry networking events, information sessions, and career fairs Maintain and administer the internal employee referral program and other initiatives to attract high-quality candidates Manage the complete hiring process from offer facilitation and salary negotiations through new hire orientation, training coordination, and documentation verification Process and maintain benefits records and prepare documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage Collaborate with HR team members to draft immigration documents, and ensure accurate information is maintained in our HRIS Track and schedule employee performance reviews Maintain compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing and minute-taking, and assist with other HR projects as they arise

About you:

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources; prior work experience in the high-tech software industry preferred Completion of a post-secondary program in HR or a related field Knowledge of HR standards, best practices, and employment regulations Proficiency in working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel Demonstrated ability to build trust and establish positive relationships with employees at all levels within the organization Proven track record of handling responsibilities with discretion, using good judgment, and always maintaining confidentiality Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong business acumen and effective time management skills, coupled with a proactive attitude towards learning Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling efficient decision-making in the recruitment processes Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure while adapting to changing priorities Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team Flexibility and a demonstrated ability to take initiative in a dynamic work environment

Compensation:

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees' work-life rhythms. We provide a comprehensive health benefits program, including extended health coverage and short-term / long-term disability insurance. Employees receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure. Other benefits include paid sick days, maternity/parental leave enhanced program, commuter benefits, corporate bonuses, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with company contribution matching.

Base salary range$50,000—$65,000 USD
