Job DescriptionRole Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. You will act as a bridge between employees and producers, ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
The HR Coordinator will support and improve our employee life cycle, payroll reports, HR processes and policies, employee relations and Compliance to effectively meet operational and regulatory requirements for NBCU in Mexico, tailored to the unique needs of the TV production industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Payroll
Direct contact and lead of HR payroll reports process to payroll vendor, ensuring the correct payroll inputs that need to be reflected into the periodical payment receipts to the employeesTimely follow up to employees’ areas, producer´s and vendors requests and clarifications to ensure that the production operation continues as expectedActively participates and validates any audit Payroll reports regulatory, audits and/or compliance requests needed, to make sure that process improvement continues consistently and effectivelyHR Operations
Primary communication with Producers for any HR processes and requirements activation such as: Hires, Movements and Terminations, due to the production planManage the Onboarding and offboarding process based on producer’s current plan, by creating an employee’s attention execution that completes all; these plans may include a massive stage eventuallyExecute core HR processes, new hires, terminations, movements and changes, absences, contracts, HR formats by ensuring all the policies and procedures are communicated, understood and compliedMake sure that cases or questions raised from employees or production´s requests are compliance with Mexican labor laws by documenting the details and responses to our Labor AttorneyMaintain up-to-date and organized employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. As well as the HR handbook and HR mapping processesSupports the HR vendors management and invoices reviews, performance review cyclesEmployee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues effectivelyPromote a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s policies and values and address workplace conflicts in support of the HR Manager with discretion and maintain high employee moraleHR Reporting and Analytics
Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, diversity statistics, employee satisfaction, exit survey to present data-driven insights to ProducersElaborates HR dashboard and one-pager and leads its updates as expectedKeeps HR Data base management and Org chart updated.Support with the data considered for the postmortem analysis and improvementsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, etc.Demonstrated Experience working within HR processes and projects (2-3 years desirable)Skills:
