About being our Human Resources Coordinator \n

In this role, you'll play a vital part in the employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding - while supporting a wide range of HR programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibility Highlights for our Human Resources Coordinator\n\nCoordinate and support employee relations activities, including documentation and scheduling\nPrepare offer letters, schedule, and organize new hire onboarding processes, including collection and processing of new hire paperwork\nSupport orientation and\/or may conduct presentation of company policies, benefit plans, and programs\nReceive and respond to or triage employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits with professionalism and accuracy\nAssist with offboarding processes ensuring proper documentation and communication\nProvide general support to HR staff, assist with scheduling and tracking training programs and compliance requirements, and help ensure HR practices align with internal policies and regulatory compliance\nAssist with administrative HR tasks, including data entry, file organization, and reporting\nContribute to HR initiatives, events and projects that enhance employee experience and team operations\n\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Human Resources Coordinator\n\nAssociates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement in handling sensitive information with discretion\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor\nProven ability to build positive working relationships, build trust and rapport, and provide excellent internal customer service\nCommitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture and environment\n\n

Preferred Qualifications for our Human Resources Coordinator\n\nBachelors Degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience\nPrior experience supporting HR functions in a professional office environment\nFamiliarity with HR systems or platforms\n\n
