HR Coordinator
Description • Key liaison with our dedicated ADP HR Business Partner. • Assist in recruiting, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications. • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, various leave reasons; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale. • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, working with ADP business partner on complex and/or sensitive matters. • Maintains knowledge and compliance of federal/state/local laws, trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. • Administer the SAP Concur system for expense reporting and travel, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing support to users and perform analytics and reporting to management. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual is highly preferred but not required Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, etc. is preferred but not required Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
