The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. This position is

Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to employee requests and questions, escalating complex issues as needed.Coordinate HR-related tasks and delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members to ensure efficient workflow.Support cross-functional collaboration between HR, management, and other departments.Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of personnel files and HR databases. Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support onboarding activities such as orientation sessions and new hire paperwork.Administer bereavement leave, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Leave (PSL), and other leave types in accordance with policies.Educate employees on leave eligibility and usage.Qualifications
1+ year of experience in an HR position. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience with Paycom or Relias is a plus. Experience in Non-profit Healthcare is a plus.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
