Description We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Haverhill, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting human resources operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with organizational standards. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail, offering room to grow and develop within the HR field.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating communications.
• Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility in alignment with company policies.
• Utilize HRIS systems to track, update, and manage employee information efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies, addressing any issues promptly.
• Support the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and related procedures.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and managing employee data.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
