HR Coordinator
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in human resources administration to contribute to daily HR operations and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel at managing documentation, coordinating onboarding tasks, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities: • Assist the HR Business Partner with day-to-day HR operations and administrative support. • Prepare onboarding materials, including offer letters and communication for new hires. • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure HR documentation is organized and accessible. • Support performance review processes by coordinating tasks and tracking follow-ups. • Facilitate the completion of various HR forms and internal documentation. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while handling sensitive information. • Manage background checks and other pre-employment processes. • Utilize HRIS systems, Microsoft tools, and SharePoint to streamline HR activities. • Collaborate with team members to enhance HR workflows and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field. • Proficiency in onboarding processes and pre-employment background checks. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint. • Knowledge of HR compliance standards and best practices. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage electronic filing and documentation. • Excellent communication skills for preparing offer letters and other HR materials. • Experience with performance review coordination and follow-up tasks. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
