We’re excited to be recruiting a HR Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive HR Shared Services Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional service and contributing to meaningful work.

 

Where: Remote (working from home) - Hybrid working available

Hours: 19.5hrs per week. These will be worked across:

Monday - 10-3pm

Tuesday - Day off

Wednesday - 10-2.30pm

Thursday 10-3pm

Friday 10-3pm

Actual Salary: £13,340 - £14,920 dependent on experience

About the Role

 

As a HR Coordinator, you will:

Support managers with pre-employment checks for employees and volunteers, ensuring compliance with legislative and safer recruitment standards.Provide front line support to managers, employees and others.Undertake admin duties and support administrative support to the wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

 

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

Strong administrative skills with experience in MS Office.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.The ability to manage your workload effectively and escalate issues when needed.A good working knowledge of HR and recruitment working practices (an advantage but not essential).

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
