HR Coordinator
Job Title: HR Coordinator Job Description **SUMMARY OF POSITION:** Human Resources coordinator reports to and works closely with the HR Managers and supports Recruiting and Hiring Manager ensuring that the organization’s HR policies, processes, and practices, including but not limited to, recruiting, employee benefits, payroll, and leave management, are as efficient and high-performing as possible. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + **Recruiting Support:** Screen resumes and job applications, review status of background and reference checks, distribute new hire documentation and support new hires in completing employment documentation package. + **Record Keeping & Reporting:** Support employee and self-service (Dayforce) referring employees to the accurate forms & workflows for personal information changes, employment verifications, and portal access (password resets). Format reports as needed for Union requirements, benefit invoice reconciliation, and auditing HR Programs, payroll, benefits, training, etc. + **Payroll Administration:** Audit & report PTO variances, respond to basic payroll inquiries, investigating and providing resolution as necessary. + **Unemployment Administration:** provide third party administrator with additional information requests to support company position on cases. + **Leave Administration:** Following internal procedures, supporting employees through documentation requirements, FAQs and administrator of return to work process. + Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:** + Excels in written and verbal communication **fluency in English/Spanish a MUST!** + Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Has excellent time management abilities and can juggle multiple priorities effectively + Is proficient in technology, advanced excel skills (X & V-lookups, pivot tables, text functions, etc) with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software + Possesses strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a team-oriented environment + Has experience with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and employee communication. + “Go-getter” mentality + Computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), HRIS experience highly preferred **HIGHLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Experience with Ceridian’s HRIS, specifically Dayforce + Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus + PHR or SHRM-CP certified Icon Parking provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
