A Day in the Life:

The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Western Division HR team. The Coordinator helps drive a positive employee experience through engagement, compliance, partnership, and data integrity.  The Coordinator will be a member of a high-performing HR team, focused on delivering excellent service to employees.

This is an onsite role in Los Angeles, CA and the salary range begins at $24/hr.

What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative support across the HR function with a focus on customer service and direction supporting Operations employees. Support onboarding processes including completing employment authorizations and ensuring employee records are accurate. Support timekeeping policies and correcting timecards as necessary. Support workplace compliance by coordinating local Leave, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation management programs. Coordinate meetings and events in support of HR strategies and initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employees for general questions. Coordinate and assist with various HR projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent, required Bachelor’s Degree in HR-related field or relevant experience, preferred Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS, Payroll, CRM, and ATS software, required Proficiency in MS Office, required Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to multi-task using multiple systems and applications Ability to work under minimal supervision  Ability to work independantly and in a team environment Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
