Job DescriptionSupporting the local HR in payroll inputs.Updating regularly the HR Data Excel sheet.Auditing the personnel files and making sure the files are compliant as per labor law.Handling and supporting the HRBP with Leave management.Sending quarterly vacation balance to managers of their team.Preparing and having signed all administrative documents (Employment letter, certificates, salary letters, contracts, clearance forms)Handling the medical insurance & Life insurance addition and deletion as per policy.Following up social insurance forms and registrations and deregistration with the service provider.Starting and sending exit process to concerned responsible.Supporting the HRBPs with the local induction program.Preparing and publishing job announcements on Talent Hub, LinkedIn, RBEG ALLSupporting in Recruitment Sourcing and scheduling interviews.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration/HRMinimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position.Proficient in PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel.Additional InformationTeam playerIndependent & result orientedProactive with a "can do attitude"Highly organizedHigh attention to detailsCustomer centric approachAbility to build lasting relationshipsCourageous and able to challenge status quoExcellent presenter and communicator
