Responsibilities This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for Frito Lay’s location in Easton, PA and administrative support for the Service Operations HR Team. The work will include supporting managers and employees in the use and application of PepsiCo HR systems and tools; maintaining regular HR files; responding to inquiries related to policies, performance management, compensation processes, benefits and payroll; providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics in support of core people processes; and leading key compliance processes for the Site. The person in this role will support approx. 200 frontline employees and managers, and will collaborate and interface with cross-functional partners, such as payroll, safety, talent acquisition, and HR Ops. Provide excellent employee support to employees at the site, helping with questions or concerns Provide employees and managers with support with HR transactions and processes Support the Service Operations HR team through ownership of key processes like reporting, managing the administration of leaves, and other processes as assigned Act as liaison between employees and third-party service providers to answer questions and resolve issues Maintain filing and record systems electronically and paper HR SAP Administrator – EE hourly rates/correct all systems/EE job changes Discipline Tracking owner – data entry for disciplines and record keeping employee files Benefits resource for the site. Coordinate annual meetings, and act as liaison between Fidelity and employee for questions or issues. Full ownership of job bidding process (job bid tracking, posting, award, executing movements in SAP, etc.) Full ownership of hourly onboarding process (maintaining hourly job postings, processing background checks, hiring into SAP, onboarding training onsite, preparing and filing all paperwork, etc.) Maintain I-9s and self-identification forms for all employees/maintain for audit Manage labor law postings, HR info on site boards/all plant policies & updates on plant boards Coordinate both formal and informal employee events, including but not limited to engagement events, committee meetings, family day, healthy living events Coordinate new salaried employee templates/benefits overview & paperwork/process to corporate My Access kiosk owner Manage employee data tracking systems and trackers Site resource for unemployment claims Process invoices as needed Other duties as assigned Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
