Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Your mission:
Develop hands-on expertise in Social Controlling, a specialized field at the intersection of Human Resources and Finance analytics. Seize the opportunity to support strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights on financial analysis, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
Your roles and responsibilities:
Monthly closing – Prepare and consolidate payroll-related financial data, ensuring accurate reporting, payroll cost estimation, workforce tracking, and dashboard development.Variance analysis – Analyze payroll costs and headcount fluctuations, comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts to identify key trends.Data consistency – Ensure alignment between payroll costs, workforce planning, and business activity trends.Budget preparation – Support the development and implementation of the annual budget in collaboration with sites and key stakeholders.Strategic analysis – Conduct specialized studies based on business needs, such as diversity analysis and international salary benchmarking.Annual social report – Consolidate and analyze workforce data to provide key insights for HR and Finance.HR compensation – Contribute to annual HR processes, including salary review preparation for managers. Education: Bac +4/5 level in Human Resources or Controlling ManagementDesired schedule: 1 week of school, 3 weeks in the companyContract duration: 1 to 2 yearsLanguage skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plusTechnical skills: Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables and lookup functions) and PowerPoint (chart designs); knowledge of SAP-HR is a plusInterpersonal skills: Strong teamwork, attention to detail, autonomy, analytical skills, ability to communicate in an international environment, establish good relationships, and a willingness to learn and face challengesExperience: Previous experience in HR administrative management or conducting HR analyses/studies is a plusWhat we can do for you
