Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Contact Center Analyst to join a fully remote team supporting employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in HR or contact center environments who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and are passionate about delivering exceptional employee support.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume inbound HR-related phone calls (no email support).Provide support on a wide range of HR topics including onboarding, employee relations, and policy inquiries.Resolve cases using ServiceNow and other internal systems.Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to address complex inquiries.Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program before handling live calls.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely support.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in human resources or contact center environments.2+ years of experience solving problems in fast-paced settings.1+ year of experience contributing to process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.Preferred QualificationsExperience in an HR contact center or shared services environment.Familiarity with ServiceNow for case management.General HR knowledge or background.Technical SkillsMicrosoft Office SuiteSmartsheetServiceNowAmazon Connect (phone system)SharePointTeam & CultureJoin a fully remote team of 50+ professionals across the U.S. and Canada.Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with a strong focus on meaningful work and work-life balance.Be part of a team that handles more complex, non-scripted HR inquiries—offering a deeper level of engagement and impact.Why Join Us?This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of HR operations, supporting a diverse workforce and gaining exposure to a wide range of HR functions. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
