General timeframe is 5am-5pm PST (will be 8 hour shifts)
-\tHandling inbound phone calls (no emails)
-\tCase management for contact center
-\tNot a scripted call center, has more complex calls, related to onboarding, employee relations, etc
-\tMinimum of a 4 week training before they get on the phones
Daily Responsibilities:
•\t Managing inbound calls (high volume) for any HR topic a partner may have
•\tSupporting both US and Canada based partners
•\tExecutes work through analysis of multiple sources of information, apply judgement, and effectively utilize multiple systems and tools.
Interaction level with team:
•\t Highly interactive with a variety of internal and external partners

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
