A client of Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Senior Analyst to join their team in Tampa. The Human Resources Compliance Senior Analyst assists with ensuring the company’s HR practices align with all applicable employment laws and regulations. This position reports to the Senior Human Resources Manager and collaborates closely with the Chief Professional Development & HR Officer, Director of Human Resources, department heads and managers, office managers, and other members of the HR team. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing flexibility to work from home and the office, with an onsite requirement of 3 days per week.
