Additional Responsibilities
Credential Management: Verifying certifications and licenses, ensuring compliance with credential policies for different lines of service.Data Validation: Handling mass data, using tools like Alteryx and Excel.Process Management: Managing both seasonal (mid-year and year-end promotions) and weekly processes, as well as daily inquiries through the People Path ticketing system.Customer Service: Communicating with employees, addressing their inquiries directly.Required Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success providing operational support for entry level and experienced recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:
Possessing the ability to work both collaboratively and independently while operating in the delivery of a Compliance centered book of business Maintaining file completeness and quality control standards that are compliant with the line of service credentialing and firm policies; Collaborating with various departments to manage other compliance related activities including; Verifying certifications in accordance to firm policies and guidelines by specialty and management level, communications support and tracking, recording credential related requests, credential bootcamp management, employee credential inquiries Creating and maintaining process documentation; and, Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Word, Power BI), Alteryx, Mail Merge tools and other firm sponsored web-based technologies Advanced oral and written proficiency in English required Attention to detail and organization skills Technical aptitude and fast learnerPreferred QualificationsDegree Preferred: Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study: Human Resources Management, Regulatory Compliance, LawPreferred Knowledge/Skills
