Join our small, holistic HR team of experts to gain diverse experience across the full employee lifecycle, from payroll to strategic topics, collaborating closely internally and with the wider Ford HR network. As an Compliance & Payroll Specialist, you will be central to the accurate handling of payroll and be the go-to expert for HR compliance. You will work closely with internal and external partners and significantly contribute to process quality and security. 

The role is based in Cologne, Germany and is a part time role with up to 30 hours/ week (85% part time role).

What You Bring:

A completed degree in Economics or Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally with a clear focus on HR Compliance and Payroll. Proficiency in common payroll software (e.g., SAP, HCM). Experience with Compliance Management Systems is a plus. Confident demeanor and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and ideally experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx). An independent and structured working style, organizational talent, and a high degree of commitment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances and proactively seek improvements. A strong drive for continuous learning and a genuine curiosity for adopting technical innovations Very good proficiency German and English, both written and spoken.
