Human Resources Intern The opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team! As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting the overall HR team's efforts. You will develop valuable skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to the inner workings of a world-class HR team at a Fortune 500 Company. The incumbent will work at our North American Headquarters, located in Atlanta, Georgia. How you will impact Smurfit Westrock: Participating in learning opportunities and training sessions to expand knowledge of HR practices and processes. Assisting in maintaining accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation. Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives related to employee development, time and attendance, and policies and procedures. Project scope may include assisting with HR Systems Projects and Data Cleanse, Talent & Inclusion Center of Excellence Support, and HR Business Partner capability building projects. Researching, collecting data, and generating reports to support HR initiatives and decision making. Assisting in organized and coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. What you need to succeed: Current enrollment in bachelor\u2019s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Course experience in related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
