Get to know us better at **www.nestle.com** **Join Nestlé Team and be a Force For Good!** We are currently looking for a **Capability Building Specialist** to join our Balıkesir Factory HR team who will mainly be responsible for enhancing the technical workforce skills and capabilities by developing and implementing effective trainings while shaping the team attitude to become a highly sustained performance driven team in relation with Operational Master Plan (OMP). This role directly reports to Balıkesir Factory HR Manager. **Location:** Balıkesir **Type of contract:** Permanent **As a Capability Building Specialist** **, you will have the following responsibilities** + Responsible for guiding the development and recommending the learning strategies and plans to build capabilities for employees ensuring a Continuous Improvement mindset and to optimize operational effectiveness + Performance Analysis: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, causes of performance issues and learning problems + Performance Development: Develop solutions for learning gaps, improving performance or solving performance problems. + Provides overall guidance to training activities in the area of responsibility + Participate in curriculum design improvement with the Head of Training based on feedback received from participants + Creating and implementing blue collar capability building and development plan + Creating technical development plan for blue collar employees including creation of promotion steps and on the job training plans + Responsible from factory Education & Training agenda + Support line managers in coaching their team to better refine and implement the team's learning to be a high performing team + Effective Management, coordination, and preparation of Training Budgets + Ensure effective use of all learning technologies + Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure the development of employees' skills and knowledge. + Identify gaps in current training processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency across departments. **Which profile are we looking for?** + Bachelor’s degree + Excellent command of English + Minimum 1-3 years of experience in competency development and training, preferably in a factory environment + Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously + Passionate about teaching and incorporating innovative and effective training practices + Curiosity to explore, resilience in fast moving environments, high level of social competence + Highly organized for planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives + Detail oriented; ability to work in multi-project environment and to meet deadlines + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. + Team player with collaborative approach, fostering effective cross-team communication. + Residence in Balıkesir or able to move to Balıkesir **What are our employee community values?** Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.
