Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen HR Business Services Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Standorte im Stuttgarter Raum, der unser Engagement für exzellente Personalbetreuung und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen im HR-Bereich weiterträgt.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden der definierten Standorte in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
Begleitung des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus: Unterstützung des Onboarding-Prozesses, Personalentwicklung, Change Prozesse, Beratung zu und Durchführung von Disziplinarmaßnahmen, Führen von Trennungsgesprächen
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung regelmäßiger HR-Prozesse (z.B. Performance-Management, Gehaltsanpassungen, Mitarbeiterbefragungen)
Förderung der Einhaltung geltender Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie Konzernvorgaben
Enge und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Arbeitnehmervertretungen
Aktive Mitgliedschaft im jeweiligen Standort-Leadership-Team zur Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung für die Standorte
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte langjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Manager, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrungen bei Unternehmen im produzierenden Umfeld
Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Menschen, offenes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
Pragmatische, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Reisebereitschaft zur Betreuung mehrerer Standorte
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
