HR Business Partner - WPL

We are looking for a HR Business Partner for the Worldwide Procurement & Logistics (WPL) organization.
In this role, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support, working with business partners globally to support about 500 employees in 10+ countries. You will coach leaders at all levels, work with employees, and partner with HR functions to execute people strategies and processes across the organization. This role provides an unique opportunity to support an organizational transformation focused on the people strategy and digitization efforts.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
+ 2 years of related HR experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
+ Ability to translate business acumen to HR strategies and successful HR/people programs
+ Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
