Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Partner with local business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR solutions that support business growth and align with Sulzer’s culture. + Implement HR initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. + Provide expert guidance on local labor law, employee relations, and conflict resolution. + Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, development, and succession planning. + Align with corporate HR functions in Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. + Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions. + Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives at the local level. + Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements. + Act as the first point of contact for the local works council. + Support and implement country-level HR initiatives within the business. + Assist employees and managers with HR-related topics. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field + Solid knowledge of local labor law + Minimum of 5 years in an HR generalist or similar role + Experience working in an international environment **Technical & Language Skills:** + Fluent in both English and Spanish + Strong communication and influencing skills + Proficient in change management + Ideally experienced with Workday or similar HR systems **What we offer you:** + A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives. + Restaurant tickets. + Permanent contract. + Accident insurance.
