About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to support our Danish Operations organization (500 employees). This role focuses on partnering with leaders to drive HR processes, support organizational development, and ensure compliance with Danish labor law.
 

This position reports to our HR Site leader and is an onsite role located in Brønshøj. The position is a maternity cover expected to be limited to 1 year.


You will work closely with our Labor Relations Specialist and be part of a collaborative team of HR Business Partners supporting various functions across the organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders within the Danish Operations function.

Support and drive HR processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, talent development, and organizational change.

Provide guidance on Danish labor law and ensure compliance in HR practices.

Collaborate with our LER team to advise on employee relations topics including absence management, performance improvement, terminations, and coaching.

Collaborate with the HR Site Leader, Labor Relations Specialist, and fellow HR Business Partners to continuously improve HR services and initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Experience supporting both white- and blue-collar employee groups, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

understanding of Danish labor law and ability to apply it in HR practices.

Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Demonstrated experience handling complex HR cases and delivering compliant, business-oriented solutions.

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as Workday

Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a medium-to-large international company.
