Your new role
As a Human Resources Business Partner Sr. (Fixed-Term Contract), you will:
Oversee HR business partnering, employee relations, training, and development to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Set and execute strategies for people processes across the affiliate, including talent acquisition, internship programmes, onboarding, development, talent and succession planning, leadership, engagement, culture, DEIB, and internal communication.
Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment, including driving engagement surveys and action plans, addressing workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
Design and implement initiatives to support talent development and succession planning, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organisation.
Lead and manage the P&O Analyst position (direct report).

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field; postgraduate education is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in areas such as Onboarding, Development, Talent & Succession, Engagement, Culture, and Internal Communications.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities to drive HR initiatives effectively.
People management experience preferred.
