Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide in-depth data analysis and support for HR initiatives, offering insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the execution of HR projects, focusing on data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR teams on various programs and initiatives, offering analytical support.
• Participate in employee relations tasks and investigations.
• Support HR reporting and data management, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Help develop and update HR policies and procedures based on data insights.
• Assist with HR training and development activities.
• Maintain and analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in HR technology tools and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry trends
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Additional relevant certifications or coursework are a plus
