Your RoleWe are seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Partner R&D, Digital AI and Mechatronics to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, you will truly be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration.
In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy.
Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at Group level.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.
What you should bring:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years’ experience in a business partnering role. Previous experience in industries with complex organizational structures, such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare, is preferred. In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus. Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
