The Role

EMEA HR Business Partner promotes efficient and effective delivery of the HR service across the EMEA region, working closely with the EMEA HR & Payroll team to deliver seamless support to managers and employees. The HR Business Partner will be flexible in approach and foster a positive working environment, ensure compliance with labor regulations and support continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures.

Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CET

The Main Responsibilities Collaborate with EMEA HR & Payroll to ensure smooth HR service delivery across the region.Provide backup support for all EMEA HR functions, including Benefits.Advise managers on HR policies, compliance, and employment practices.Support employees with complex HR queries.Monitor compliance (e.g. right to work, background checks, sickness) and partner with managers on related cases.Manage employee relations cases (e.g. performance, conduct, absence, restructuring), including legal guidance, documentation, and meeting participation.Lead HR projects including system updates, policy rollouts, and service improvements.Partner with COEs (Comp & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll) across and beyond EMEA.Maintain EMEA content on Inside Lumen with HR and Payroll leads.Shape EMEA Wellbeing strategy in alignment with global initiatives.Drive special projects like internship programmes with global and regional partners.Support onboarding for new hires.Build knowledge of employment law and compliance across EMEA.Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing within HR, managers, employees, and external partners.Support HR systems management, including Workforce Manager Time & Attendance.What We Look For in a Candidate Relevant recent HR experienceProactive and flexible mindsetStrong daily support for managers; customer-focusedSkilled in planning, project work, and advisory tasksCalm and resilient under pressureSolid knowledge of HR processes and Polish labour lawMaster’s degree in HR, Business or related fieldConfident communicator with excellent English (spoken and written)Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage expectationsProficient in MS Office and HRIS systems, including system functionalityAnalytical skills with ability to interpret data and recommend actionsWhat to Expect Next
