Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Leading effective collaboration of the HR community while ensuring overall HR contribution and value-add to the business, in partnership with the Functions and Shared Services across the country.Monitoring compliance with legislation, HR policies, and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility and ensuring all HR-related fiduciary responsibilities are met in the country, including reporting, legal structure, internal and external auditing, integrity, etc.Reviewing the execution of relevant HR strategies, policies, procedures, tools, and thought leadership such as, culture, talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Learning and Development (L&D), people performance, Compensation and Benefits (C&B), and global mobility.Monitoring the implementation and success of change management initiatives across the areas of responsibility.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldFrom 8 years in HR roles, with at least 2–3 years in a business partner or strategic HR roleStrong interpersonal, communication and and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solvingKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesData-driven decision-makingChange management and organizational development
