Reports Directly: Human Resources Sr Director, Clutches & Brakes Division within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic an skilled HR Business Partner for our Clutches & Brakes Division within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment. Reporting to the Senior HR Director for the Clutches & Brakes Division, you’ll play a pivotal role in both administrative and strategic functions by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture. Additionally, you will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes for the segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leadersServe as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associatesPartner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisitionsCollaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experienceOversee and manage the use of performance management to create a high-performing organizationAssist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the IPS SegmentDevelop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progressChampion an inclusive environment that values diversityPartner with Division HR on talent processesManage various HR projects for the segment that contribute to our strategic objectivesMaintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systemsPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have proven experience and qualifications in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field3+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably partnering with managersPrevious experience managing HR projectsExcellent communication and coaching skillsStrong Organizational and project management skillsA continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out ways to streamline and improve HR processes and initiativesCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
