HR Business Partner, 6 month fixed term contract, from £50,000 

**Part time and/or flexible working requests will be considered** 

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of post-acquisition integration. Following the recent acquisition of an online business, we need you to support leaders to help guide the smooth separation and integration process into the cardfactory family.  

This is a broad and influential role where you will partner manager and senior leaders to drive the People agenda and play a central part in building a positive and consistent colleague experience during this crucial period.  

This 6 month fixed term contract can be available on a part time or flexible working arrangement. We operate a hybrid working model, combining some days working from home and some at our offices in Bristol.

What you’ll do 

Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver an operational people planLead the transition of key people processes, including recruitment, performance, reward, talent and succession planning looking for synergies and opportunities for alignmentChampion and embed new ways of working that support a scalable and efficient people modelEngage with leaders to build people management and leadership capability through hands on coachingBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business and be a trusted adviser  Work with the Communications team to ensure change is effectively delivered and well-understoodSupport organisational design initiatives that drive growth and talent developmentLead the successful delivery of the integration plan, enabling support from a centralised HR Shared Service

What you’ll need 

Proven experience in a business partnering role within HR ideally in a commercially focused multi-site retail/online/digital/fulfilment/ business;Demonstrate the ability to work at pace through a high volume of work, balancing immediate requests; and project work;Ability to own and lead projects including coordinating and managing project teams through collaboration and strong stakeholder managementStrong communicator with an adaptive style for differing audiencesStrong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadershipUp to date knowledge of employment law

Preferable: 

Be an experienced Business Partner, preferably within an online/digital and fulfilment business
