You will support business processes, employee relations, leave support and organizational development — all while driving initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention. This role is a critical connector, ensuring people strategies align with company goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about fostering a productive and inclusive work environment **Responsibilities** •Facilitating Business Processes: Initiating organization changes in Workday and VantagePoint. •Managing Employee Relations: First level support for group leaders and department leaders, general employee inquiries, developing job descriptions and aligning career planning tools. •Coordinating Leave Support: Provide general guidance to managers and employees on leave of absence.
