HR Business Partner

The HR BP is primarily responsible for developing and implementing HR services, advising leaders on policies, managing operations, and handling recruitment and succession planning. You will also act as an expert in data protection, engage in crisis management, and provide strategic advice.

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of local talent and coach managers to accelerate talent readiness.

• Provide a deep understanding of local business needs, contribute the HR point of view into business issues, and support diagnostic interventions for local solutions.

• Collaborate regularly with HR COEs and HR Services for solution design and service delivery.

• Align with enterprise-level initiatives.

• Deliver Alcon’s core HR services and people processes, ensuring an optimal associate experience.

• Drive business success by coaching teams on associate experience initiatives, such as the Associate Experience Dashboard and Recognition programs.

• Ensure timely execution of all people-related processes.

• Implement global, regional, or local HR programs.

• Mentor business leaders and associates on HR-related topics, including change management, talent management, employee relations, and career development.

• Drive a high-quality, diverse local talent bench through selection, equitable compensation, and talent development.

• Apply workforce analytics and insights to improve people and workforce management.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON :

University degree in HR or related function preferredPolish and English language proficiency is a must5+ years’ experience in a Human Resources functionPractical knowledge of Polish Labor Law regulations Experience working in an international environment, including managing employee relocations from other countries to PolandStrong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organizationStrong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
