HR Business Partner
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in New Bern, North Carolina. This role focuses on aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and talent management to support the company’s growth and success. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with department leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and business strategies. • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, skill development, and workforce retention. • Serve as a strategic advisor to management, providing insights and solutions for recruitment, succession planning, and staff performance. • Evaluate and update company policies to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational goals. • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the company culture. • Oversee payroll administration and benefits management, leveraging ADP systems for accuracy and efficiency. • Utilize HRIS platforms to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records. • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and drive informed decision-making. • Lead efforts to resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Requirements • Proven experience in a human resources or HR business partner role. • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and talent management. • Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP Enterprise and Excel formulas. • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and their application in workforce management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address organizational challenges. • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
