Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.Workforce Planning & Talent Management:
Support talent acquisition, succession planning, internal mobility, and workforce planning efforts in line with business needs.Employee Relations:
Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations when needed, and ensure fair and consistent policy application.Performance Management:
Coach managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews to promote continuous development.Organizational Development:
Drive initiatives around change management, leadership development, and team effectiveness.HR Analytics:
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce productivity, engagement, and retention.Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies are understood and followed across the business. Partner with HR COEs (e.g., Compensation, L&D) to implement programs.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, labor laws, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
