We are currently looking for a collaborative HR Generalist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle and act as a key HR partner to managers and employees at our Strzelin site. **About the Strzelin Site** Our Strzelin facility is a European Center of Excellence for manufacturing high-performance pump and water technologies. With over 350 employees on site, we focus on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. The facility includes a Learning Center, where employees and partners engage in ongoing professional development. The work culture is collaborative, inclusive, and focused on long-term growth, with a strong commitment to quality, lean practices, and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities** **Recruitment & Onboarding** + Conduct interviews and assist in candidate selection. + Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation. + Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system. **Compensation & Benefits** + Support employee benefits administration. + Assist with salary reviews and market benchmarking. + Ensure compliance with local labor laws regarding pay and benefits. **Performance & Employee Relations** + Assist in performance review processes and goal setting. + Support managers in handling employee relations and improvement plans. + Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives. **Training & Development** + Identify training needs and support learning initiatives. + Help organize employee engagement activities. + Promote a learning culture aligned with Xylem’s values. **HR Compliance & Administration** + Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and internal policies. + Maintain and improve HR procedures and documentation. + Address employee queries related to HR policies and practices. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. + At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. + Experience in the manufacturing industry + Good understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance. + Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft 365. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion. + Fluent in English and Polish both written and spoken. **Apply Today!** If you're ready to contribute your expertise and energy to a company that’s truly making a difference — we would love to hear from you.
