Key Responsibilities:
HRBP:
·Implements plans at corporate, business unit and /or geography level and advises managers on the handling of routine employee complaints and charges
· Assists in the design and delivery, and consults on employee and management development processes including succession planning, key employee identification, & assessment
· With guidance, may conduct performance analyses to determine individual and organizational gaps and helps design solutions to address these works with business and human resources partners to develop pay programs
· The services provided cover multiple areas of human resources, education/training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, organization or resource planning or other services. Provides interpretation and counsel to line management regarding policies, programs, and practices.
People Manager
· Responsible for supporting all HR activities for a key business unit
· Supporting business head in managing people issues in a location/BU.
· Overall responsibility for implementing & managing corporate HR policies
· Responsible for leading, motivating, directing all team members
· Typical interactions would be with external trainers, consultants, candidates, BU's, employees and colleague
