What You’ll Do:

Partner with senior leadership and the Sr. HR Business Partner to execute HR strategies that support business objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Act as a liaison between HR and business units, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.Develop a deep understanding of the business unit’s goals, challenges, and culture to deliver tailored HR solutions.Champion employee engagement, talent development, and a positive workplace experience.

 

What You Bring:

Required: 

Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, compensation practices and federal and state respective employment laws.

Preferred: 

Bachelors DegreeExperience supporting multi-program, 24/7, fast past environments.

Skills: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

 

Bonus: 

Multilingual, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment. Experience in a union environment a plus.
