We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing facility. What You’ll Do:
Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communicationImplement innovative employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retentionOversee performance review processes and development programs to drive employee growth and productivityAlign HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational successEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practicesProvide coaching and mentoring to managers and employeesSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the facilityWhat We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 4 years in the manufacturing sectorHigh proficiency in English (written and spoken)Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability in coaching and mentoring employees and managersExperience in strategic HR planning and executionCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principlesStrong influencing skills to drive change and gain stakeholder buy-inPreferred Qualifications
